Hi, my name is Lors and I am a member
of the Coca-Cola International Bean Bag Collection. I am a wild
boar and I represent the country of Italy.
The Wild Boar of Eurasia (Sus Scrofa) is
a strong little animal. It lives in the forest. It is the largest
of all the wild pigs. It is 3 feet high at the shoulder and is
five feet long. It can weigh as much as 350 pounds. It has a
coat made of long, coarse, black hair that covers a body of thick,
woolly, yellowish-brown underfur. The tusks can be close to a
foot long.
Wild boars are very dangerous.
Wild boars produce two litters a year,
with four to six babies in each.
In addition to Lors, Grunt
the Razorback hog lives here at Jeannie's Cottage, too.
Grunt is a Ty Beanie Baby.
