This is Buttercup the Yellow Bear Puffkin made by Swibco. Buttercup is 5 inches tall. Puffkins were introduced by Swibco back in 1997. People were into buying and collecting cute little plush animals, and the Ty Beanies were very popular. So, Swibco came out with a little line of cute collectibles called Puffkins. They retired the first edition Puffkins in 2002 and introduced the Series 2 Puffkins in 2007. These are all First Edition Puffkins. Birthday is 6-9-98. Item number 6674.
