People were into buying and collecting cute little plush animals, and the Ty Beanies were very popular. So, Swibco came out with a little line of cute collectibles called Puffkins. They retired the first edition Puffkins in 2002 and introduced the Series 2 Puffkins in 2007. These are all First Edition Puffkins. The tag reads: Freddy's a tree frog with long sticky toes, eyes as merry and red as holiday bows. He'll cling to a tree, to the ladies he'll croon then plop in the water in the hot afternoon.
