In the United States, the Fourth of July is celebrated as Independence Day, which is a federal holiday commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. The American colonists had decided the Kingdom of Great Britain had gotten too big for its britches and was treating them as a cash cow. They decided to break free from this tyranny and form their own country, the United States of America. Independence Day is commonly associated with fireworks, parades, barbecues, carnivals, picnics, concerts, baseball games, political speeches and ceremonies, and various other public and private events celebrating the history, government, and traditions of the United States.
We would like to help celebrate the day with our selections of plush collectibles made by Boyds, Swibco and Ty.
